Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by Rough and Dusty Representative and you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha.
Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the vibrant town of Arusha, known for its lively markets and cultural heritage.
Note: only breakfast is included in the hotel cost. Check in starts at 2:00 PM.
After breakfast, embark on a full-day safari in Arusha National Park. This park, renowned for its diverse ecosystems and stunning landscapes, offers an array of wildlife viewing opportunities.
You will begin your 1.5 hours wark to Tululusia water fall after completing the regristration process at the entrance with a guide at your side as you oass through the habitat of wild animals like buffalos, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, monkeys and a variety of bird species. You will return to your vehicle and contine with you game dive across the national parks ground after taking a break at the waterfalls.
A picnic lunch will be provided within the park. In the late afternoon, you will be transfered to your accommodation in / or near Tarangire.
After breakfast, you will drive towards the national park and enjoy a full day of game drives. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, leopards, and a plethora of other wildlife that congregate around the park’s life-sustaining Tarangire River.
Tarangire National Park is known for its vast elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire offers a quintessential African safari experience.
A picnic lunch amidst nature adds to the day’s charm. By late afternoon, you’ll check into a hotel in Karatu, where you’ll spend the night immersed in the sounds of the African wilderness.
This day is dedicated to exploring the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most remarkable safari destinations in the world. After an early breakfast, depart for the crater. Descend into the crater for a day of wildlife viewing. The crater floor is home to an incredible array of animals, including the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the crater, and continue your exploration in the afternoon. The sheer density and variety of wildlife in this natural amphitheater are sure to leave you awestruck. In the late afternoon, ascend from the crater and you will be transferred back to your hotel in Arusha in the evening or transferred to the airport.
Time to bid farewell to Tanzania. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some leisure time in the morning to relax or explore a bit more of Arusha. You will then be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight, carrying with you memories of an extraordinary African adventure.

Please note that the hotel’s check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you have an evening flight you can extend your hotel stay until 06:00 PM for additional fee.
